Patient experience software for independent practices. Intake, surveys, and reviews in one workflow.
Paper forms slow your front desk down, and patient feedback often reaches you only after it is already public. DocRepute brings digital intake, patient surveys, and neutral Google review requests into one patient experience platform your team controls — free to start, with 50 completed patient actions every month.
Your front desk is buried in paper. Your happiest patients never get asked.
Independent practices lose hours to forms that arrive half-finished — and lose reviews simply because nobody asks. DocRepute fixes both, without deciding which patients deserve an invitation.

The Old Way
Paper intake forms slowing the front desk
Patient feedback arriving too late to act on
Staff chasing surveys and reviews by hand
No clear view of what patients are saying
The DocRepute Way
Digital intake sent before the appointment
Private survey feedback you see first
The same review invitation for every eligible patient
One view of feedback, with staff deciding what happens next
One platform, four connected workflows
Intake, surveys, and review requests share the same patient record and the same staff controls — so nothing gets rekeyed and nothing goes out behind your back.

Three steps, one patient workflow
No IT project and no implementation team. DocRepute is designed for practices where the same person opens the mail and answers the phone.

Send the form before the visit
Start from a healthcare form preset or build your own, then send it ahead of the appointment. Building, editing, and publishing forms never uses a credit.
Ask for feedback after the visit
Follow up with a standard patient survey, or a conversational one on a paid AI plan. You get structured answers and free-text comments in one place.
Invite reviews the fair way
Every eligible patient receives the same Google review invitation, whatever they told you privately. The patient decides what to publish — and their survey answers are never copied into it.
What this looks like on a normal Tuesday
A new patient books with a two-dentist practice for Tuesday afternoon. On Monday morning the dental intake form lands on their phone. They finish it in four minutes at their kitchen table, and the front desk reviews a complete submission — insurance details, medical history, signatures — before the patient ever walks in.
Thursday, a short survey goes out. The patient mentions the wait was longer than expected but the hygienist was excellent. The practice sees that comment the same day, not three weeks later in a public review.
Then the patient gets a Google review invitation — the same one every eligible patient receives, regardless of what they said in the survey. What they write is entirely their own. The practice gets the feedback either way, and keeps a review process it can explain to anyone who asks.

What practices ask before they sign up
Clear scope beats a long feature list. Here is exactly what DocRepute is, what it costs, and where it stops.
What is DocRepute?
DocRepute is patient experience software for independent US healthcare practices. It connects three things most practices run separately: digital patient intake, patient experience survey software, and neutral Google review requests. DocRepute is in early access ahead of launch, so you can claim your place now and start on the free plan when it opens.
Which workflow should I use?
Start where the pain is. If paperwork slows the front desk, begin with digital patient intake. If forms come back half-finished, the AI intake assistant fills the gaps. If you have no read on how visits are going, start with patient surveys. If patients are happy but nobody asks them to say so, start with review requests. Each workflow works on its own and they share the same patient record when you combine them.
Which features are current, planned, or unsupported?
Digital intake, standard patient surveys, and neutral review requests are the core workflows coming at launch. AI intake, conversational surveys, and sentiment and topic analysis are paid AI capabilities. Native SMS reminders, cross-workflow patient communication, and multi-location reporting are planned. DocRepute is not an EHR or practice-management replacement, does not handle billing, charting, or scheduling, and does not offer a waiting-room kiosk.
How does the free-to-start access model work?
The free plan includes 50 action credits each month. A credit is used only when a patient completes a regular intake submission or a standard survey — building, editing, and publishing your forms and surveys costs nothing at all. The free plan does not include AI. AI intake, conversational surveys, and feedback analysis are paid capabilities.
Is DocRepute HIPAA compliant?
DocRepute is HIPAA-focused and built for HIPAA-compliant workflows, designed for HIPAA-regulated patient intake, with a BAA planned to be available at launch. No software makes a practice compliant on its own — that depends on how your practice configures and uses it. DocRepute is pre-launch, so please do not enter real patient information into the public tools on this site yet.
