Everything DocRepute does, and what each one costs you
Patient intake, surveys and neutral review requests, plus the paid agentic capabilities that sit on top. Every capability below carries an honest status, because knowing what is not built yet is worth more to you than a longer feature list.

How a practice usually starts
Almost nobody adopts four workflows at once. A three-provider clinic turns on digital intake first, because the clipboard is the thing costing them an hour a day. Forms start coming back complete, and for six weeks that is the whole of their DocRepute usage.
Then they add a short post-visit survey, because now they are curious. Two months later they turn on review requests, having seen enough private feedback to be confident about asking publicly. The AI intake assistant comes last, once they know exactly which questions patients keep leaving blank. Four capabilities, adopted one at a time, each earning the next.
Before you pick a workflow
What is DocRepute?
DocRepute is patient experience software for independent US healthcare practices. It connects three workflows most practices run separately: digital patient intake, patient surveys, and neutral Google review requests. This page lists every capability with an honest status against each.
Which workflow should I use?
Start where the pain is rather than adopting everything at once. Paperwork slowing the front desk is digital patient intake. Forms arriving half-finished is the AI intake assistant. No read on how visits are going is patient surveys. Happy patients nobody asks is review requests. Each works alone, and they share the same patient record when combined.
Which features are current, planned, or unsupported?
Digital intake, standard surveys and neutral review requests are core at launch and free to start. AI intake, conversational surveys and sentiment analysis are paid capabilities. Native SMS reminders, cross-workflow communication, multi-location reporting and conditional form logic are planned. DocRepute does not replace an EHR or practice-management system, does not handle scheduling, billing or charting, offers no waiting-room kiosk, and will not gate reviews.
How does the free-to-start access model work?
The free plan includes 50 action credits each month. A credit is used only when a patient completes a regular intake submission or a standard survey — building, editing and publishing your forms and surveys costs nothing. AI capabilities are on paid plans.
Is DocRepute HIPAA compliant?
DocRepute is HIPAA-focused and built for HIPAA-compliant workflows, designed for HIPAA-regulated patient intake, with a BAA planned to be available at launch. No software makes a practice compliant on its own — that depends on how your practice configures and uses it. DocRepute is pre-launch, so please do not enter real patient information into the public tools on this site yet.
