Which tool and which workflow should I use?
If you need a form today, the HIPAA intake form builder is the one that is working. If you are writing a survey, the survey-question generator saves you starting blank. If you are setting up review requests, the review link generator produces the link and QR code. The calculator is for making sense of survey scores, and the compliance checklist is a readiness aid rather than a tool that produces a document. If you are choosing a workflow rather than a tool, start with digital patient intake for paperwork, patient surveys for post-visit feedback, and neutral review requests for asking publicly.
Which features are current, planned, or unsupported?
Each tool above carries its own label. Current means it works now with no account. Planned means it is coming and the page describes what it will do. Educational means it teaches rather than generates. DocRepute deliberately offers no clinical decision tools — nothing here diagnoses, triages, scores risk or recommends treatment.
How does the free-to-start access model work?
The tools marked Current are free and need no account. If you go on to use DocRepute itself, the free plan includes 50 action credits each month, used only when a patient completes a regular intake submission or a standard survey. Building and publishing your forms and surveys never costs a credit.
Is DocRepute HIPAA compliant?
DocRepute is HIPAA-focused and built for HIPAA-compliant workflows, with a BAA planned to be available at launch. No tool on this page makes a practice compliant, including the checklist. Because these are public tools, do not enter real patient information into them.
