Find the workflow built for your specialty
The same three workflows run everywhere — intake, surveys, review requests — but the forms behind them are not interchangeable. A chiropractic intake asks about the accident; a dental one asks when the last radiographs were taken. Each page below is built on the form packets that specialty actually uses.

Choose your specialty
Every specialty listed here has real workflow detail and validated form packets behind it. We would rather list fewer specialties properly than pad the page with pages that only swap a word.
Specialty not listed? The workflows are the same — start with digital patient intake and the general form library.
Why the specialty actually matters
Two practices adopt digital intake in the same month. The chiropractic clinic needs the accident circumstances captured — whether it was a car, a fall or work — because a third of its new patients arrive that way and the answer changes which payer is involved and whether an attorney is.
The dental practice needs the date of the last radiographs, because that single field decides what can be done at the first appointment. Same workflow, same platform, two genuinely different forms. Generic intake software gives both of them a blank builder and wishes them luck; a specialty page gives them the form that already asks the right thing.
Before you pick a specialty
What is DocRepute?
DocRepute is patient experience software for independent US healthcare practices, connecting digital patient intake, patient surveys and neutral Google review requests in one workflow. Each specialty page below shows how that works for a particular kind of practice.
Which specialty page and which workflow should I use?
Pick the one matching how your practice actually runs rather than how it is licensed. A specialty page explains the workflow, the forms that specialty needs, and where DocRepute stops. If your specialty is not listed yet, the core workflows are identical — start from digital patient intake and the general form library. On workflow, the choice is the same in every specialty: digital patient intake when paperwork is the bottleneck, patient surveys when you have no read on how visits are going, and neutral review requests when satisfied patients are never asked to say so.
Which features are current, planned, or unsupported?
The workflow is the same in every specialty. Digital intake, standard patient surveys and neutral review requests are core at launch and free to start. AI intake, conversational surveys and sentiment analysis are paid capabilities. DocRepute is not an EHR or practice-management replacement in any specialty, and does not handle scheduling, billing or clinical charting.
How does the free-to-start access model work?
The free plan includes 50 action credits each month, used only when a patient completes a regular intake submission or a standard survey. Building, editing and publishing your forms and surveys costs nothing, and the form templates and tools are free regardless.
Is DocRepute HIPAA compliant?
DocRepute is HIPAA-focused and built for HIPAA-compliant workflows, designed for HIPAA-regulated patient intake, with a BAA planned to be available at launch. No software makes a practice compliant on its own. DocRepute is pre-launch, so please do not enter real patient information into the public tools on this site yet.
