By accessing and using DocRepute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
DocRepute provides digital patient intake forms, feedback collection, and reputation management tools for healthcare practices. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
As a healthcare provider, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other patient privacy laws.
4. Data Privacy and Security
We take data security seriously. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
